CBRE today announced that it has arranged a 4,000 sq. ft. lease for a new F45 Training studio located at 1900 JFK Boulevard (at the corners of 20th and JFK) in Center City, Philadelphia. CBRE’s Jackie Balin represented F45 Training during the lease negotiations.

Launched more than seven years ago in Australia, F45 Trainingis a team-focused fitnessprogram that includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional movements and resistanceand cardio-based exercise into one setting.

The new, and only, Center City location is owned and operated by Joe Swoyer and Dan Vizak, two local physical therapists who were inspired by F45 Training’s focus on strength, endurance, and community.

F45 Training will hold its grand opening this Saturday, May 11, and fitness seekers can participate in two, 60-minute “Hollywood” classes at 9:30am and 11:00am. DJ Marissa Le will be on-site and local business and vendors, including Endeavor Athletic and Cryo Philadelphia, will be giving away prizes.
