Southern New Jersey Oral Surgery Relocates into a Newly Redeveloped Office Space

Vantage RES is pleased to announce that Southern New Jersey Oral Surgery (SNJOS) signed a long-term lease at 228 W. Landis Avenue in Vineland, New Jersey. SNJOS is relocating to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility within Vineland’s premier office building.

Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services, and, Monica Walsh, Executive Vice President of Vantage RES were instrumental in securing the lease. Stein and Walsh represented the tenant, Dr. Shariq Vazir, owner of SNJOS, in this transaction.
