Fritz Marth, PE, CFCC, has been promoted to Executive Consultant; formerly, he was Senior Managing Consultant. Barrett L. Richards, CCC, CEP, PSP, has been promoted from Managing Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant. Both promotions were effective January 1, 2019.
Fritz Marth | Executive Consultant
Marth, of Hainesport, N.J., has worked with GREYHAWK for over 10 years, performing risk management, dispute resolution, and lead/testifying expert witness roles for the company’s diverse client base. AsExecutive Consultant, Marth will expand his role in the growth and management of the consulting practice.

Marth is a 30-year veteran of construction program management specializing in disputes and claims resolution, critical path method scheduling and delay analysis, and litigation support. His specialties include infrastructure, environmental, institutional, and residential projects involving highways and bridges, public transportation facilities, water treatment facilities, and health care facilities. Marth offers experience with on-site construction management and administration of public projects involving construction of highways, highway bridges, railroads, and railroad stations. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in civil engineering from Drexel University, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and is a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC). Marth is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International.
Barrett Richards | Senior Managing Consultant
Richards, of Long Island, N.Y., has worked with GREYHAWK for over 10 years, beginning after earning his undergraduate degree. Following a brief leave to gain experience with other construction industry firms, Richards rejoined GREYHAWK in 2016. His roles have included scheduler, estimator, claims consultant, and expert witness.
“Barrett has been a catalyst for our growth in the New York Metro area. This promotion recognizes his commitment to continually supporting the best interests of our clients and his growth as a leading professional in our industry,” said Boland. “Our clients benefit from his focused team leadership and experience across the construction life cycle.”
Richards has over 20 years of experience in project management oversight claims and litigation support, project planning and scheduling, and pre-construction and construction cost estimating. He has provided expert analysis in the resolution of construction claims and has run construction projects with values up to $4 billion. Richards holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a B.S. in construction management from Brigham Young University. He holds the Certified Cost Consultant (CCC), Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) credentials. In addition, Richards is a frequent speaker and educator on the topics of construction cost estimating, planning, and scheduling. He stresses the importance of producing and maintaining accurate and timely cost and time records for the benefits of all stakeholders.
