Industrial Team represents ownership in long-term lease and new U.S. packaging and distribution facility for Philippines based company

Jeffrey L. Heller, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s New Jersey offices, announced the firm has closed a 101,208-square-foot, five-year industrial lease for RD Foods, Inc. at 19-05 Nevins Road, an industrial distribution facility in Fair Lawn NJ.

An Avison Young team consisting of Matthew C. Turse, Senior Vice President, Timothy J. Cadigan, Senior Vice President, and John Recchia, Associate, represented Kushner, the property ownership in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Eric Demmers, Russell Verducci with NAI James E. Hanson.

The new location will serve as a new U.S. based location for RD Foods, Inc. and will be used as a packaging and distribution facility for the company’s premium tuna products. RD Foods is headquartered in the Philippines.
