DLA Piper represented Hyper Pet LLC, a Wichita, Kansas-based leading provider of pet goods and accessories, in its acquisition of OurPet's Company, a leading pet supply company. The transaction closed on March 14.

As a result of the acquisition, OurPet's will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyper Pet. OurPet's Company designs, produces and markets a broad line of innovative, high-quality accessory and consumable pet products in the US and overseas.
