The Bloom Organization Presents Outstanding Leasing Awards for 2018 to Two Local Brokers

2/5/19

The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate management firm in South Jersey, is pleased to recognize two local brokers with its annual awards for the “most properties leased” and “most square footage leased” within the Bloom portfolio of properties in 2018. Now in its 11th year, the program is a way of acknowledging outstanding performance in commercial leasing and reinforcing the importance the firm places on broker relationships. On February 5, 2019, key members of the Bloom team presented the “most properties leased” award to five-time recipient, Ian Richman of Colliers International industrial division – an honor he last received in 2017. Joining him this year was Dean Torosian, a Vice President at JLL, who topped the list of “most square footage leased.” This is the first time Dean, and the firm, have achieved this honor.

“I can’t believe this program is in its 11th year now and it’s great to have both a 5-time awardee alongside a new face,” says K.C. Isdaner, Chief Operating Officer at The Bloom Organization, a big proponent when it comes to recognition and commitment to strong relationships with brokers, tenants and staff. “We highly value all of our broker partnerships and see how by working hand in hand, we can facilitate successful lease transactions.”

The Bloom Organization was founded in 1945 and is a leader in the South Jersey office and industrial real estate market with office and industrial buildings in Burlington and Camden counties.
