JLL Fortifies Leasing Team with Addition of Adam Shute

JLL is pleased to announce the hire of Adam Shute as Executive Vice President Brokerage sitting in the Berwyn, Pa. office—effective immediately.

In his new role, Shute will focus on driving Agency Leasing market share, winning Tenant Representation assignments and contributing to JLL’s Investor Suite program as he partners with Capital Markets, Property Management and Research to source new multi-service opportunities.

Shute arrives at JLL with a resume of nearly 500 sales and lease transactions, totaling more than five million square feet. In his 16 years of industry experience, he has represented over four million square feet of office space for major landlords in the region. Shute comes to JLL from Newmark Knight Frank, where he spent the last 12 years.

In his prior role, Shute exclusively represented a 20 building, 2-million-square-foot portfolio and took a leadership position in developing an asset recovery platform to address lenders’ needs in stabilizing distressed assets during the Great Recession. Shute’s efforts led him to receiving national top producer recognition.

Shute graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor of Science. He is still connected with his alma mater, as he currently serves on the Eastern University Board of Trustees.
