JLL served as exclusive agent for 400 Delran Parkway in Burlington County, NJ

JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of 400 Delran Parkway, a 174,000-square-foot, Class A industrial building situated on 16.09 acres within Swedes Run Business Park. LBA Logistics purchased the industrial site for $10.7 million. JLL Executive Vice President John Plower, along with Managing Director Larry Maister, Vice President Dean Torosian and Managing Director Nate Demetsky, handled the exclusive sale of the property on behalf of the seller. 

Located along Route 130, 400 Delran Parkway is a short distance from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, providing local and regional access to major highways and logistics hubs. Delran is also in the Burlington County submarket, which is the best-performing market in Southern New Jersey. The building was previously home to a Fortune 500 company, and the property is neighbored by other big-name companies that take advantage of this central location.

“400 Delran Parkway presented LBA Logistics with a tremendous opportunity to create substantial value through the re-development and re-positioning of the asset,” said Plower. “In today’s industrial capital markets world, it is challenging to find value-add and opportunistic investments in core markets.”
