CBRE today announced that Mike Hart has joined the firm as the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Sales and Client Solutions leader for the Northeast Division. GWS provides facilities management, project management, advisory and transaction and consulting services to occupiers of commercial real estate.
“Mike is an accomplished sales executive with more than fifteen years of experience managing and developing solutions for occupier clients,” said Don Leeke, GWS Sales Leader. “At CBRE, Mike will work to develop and implement strategic and aggressive growth plans for clients and will also focus on retaining and expanding accounts in the Northeast Division. We’re excited to welcome Mike to the team and we look forward to the great things he will do for CBRE.”
Mr. Hart will report directly to Mr. Leeke and will collaborate closely with GWS Northeast Division President, Jim Harding.
Mr. Hart joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently served as an Executive Vice President in the Global Occupier Services practice. In this role, he led business development efforts in the firm’s Tri-State region and served several large enterprise clients. Prior to C&W, Mike worked for JLL and was responsible for account management and business development for corporate occupiers.
Mr. Hart holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BA from Duke University. He will be based in New York City.
