David R. Dahan, a partner, focuses his practice on commercial litigation and business counseling. A significant part of David’s practice includes representing condominium and homeowner associations. He provides counseling on all aspects of association matters including day-to-day business and legal issues, transition, and, if necessary, litigation. David is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and its New Jersey Regional Council and a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising. In 2016, David was elected to the Board of Directors for the CAI Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter for a three-year term. He is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D., 1997) and Temple University, Philadelphia (BBA, Concentration in Accounting, 1991).
William F. Hanna, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of real estate, franchise law and community associations. Prior to joining the firm, Will served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pensions & Financial Transactions Section of the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law. Will is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden (J.D., magna cum laude 2012) and The College of New Jersey (B.A., 2009). Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Will is a member of the New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations.
