Douglas I Zeiders chairs the Litigation Department of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin and has been a member of the Department since originally joining the firm in August 1983. While Doug has a broad background in civil litigation, including personal injury and commercial litigation, Doug has concentrated his practice for many years in the area of domestic law including, but not limited to, divorce, division of property, custody and support. Given changes that have recently occurred in the practice of domestic law, which make practice in that area of law much more like other forms of civil litigation, Doug’s extensive civil litigation background gives him a significant advantage over practitioners with experience only in the area of domestic law. Doug is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Family Law Committee and has served as a special Master in Divorce for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. While Doug’s practice is located primarily in Montgomery County and Bucks County, he has handled domestic cases throughout the entire suburban Philadelphia area as well as in Lehigh County and Northampton County. A graduate of Dickinson College (B.A., 1980), Doug earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1983).
