The approval of the media merger between AT&T (T) and Time Warner(TWX) opened the door for Comcast Corporation (CMCSA) to bid for Twenty-First Century Fox (FOX, FOXA). The judge in the DOJ lawsuit against AT&T provided the best indication that Comcast shouldn't pursue this merger and a prime reason that Comcast trades a multi-year lows after unveiling a $65 billion bid.
