Nathan M. Murawsky has represented injured persons in personal injury matters for over twenty years, and has obtained significant settlements and verdicts in the representation of his clients. His experience includes cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence, liquor liability, defective products and civil rights violations cases. Nathan has tried dozens of cases to verdict in courts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Attorneys not only in the Philadelphia area but throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania refer their clients to Nathan due to his vast experience in the courtroom.
Nathan has also argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He and has lectured in the areas of automobile and premises liability law, estate issues in wrongful death cases, and the impact of social media and information technology in personal injury actions. Mr. Murawsky also served a three year term as an Executive Committee Member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division. As a result of his experience, knowledge, and reputation, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas approved Nathan to sit as a settlement master for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In this role, he presides over settlement conferences for major cases in the Philadelphia Court system. A graduate of Brandeis University (1992), Nathan earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1995.

Susan E. Piette concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, family wealth management and business succession planning by focusing on client values, inter-family dynamics, and the type of legacy they want to leave behind. Every family is different, and Susan is committed to providing clients with unique estate planning services that meet their specific needs. She has guided hundreds of clients in creating customized estate plans with asset protection and complex distribution patterns. Her focus also includes a special emphasis on the senior population and those individuals with long term care Medicaid needs where she works diligently in protecting their assets from long-term care costs by qualifying them for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) long-term care benefits. She is dedicated to taking care of you and your loved ones to provide a comprehensive plan and peace of mind for you moving forward; and is passionate about her ability to help clients be protected and prepared. Susan is very compassionate and sensitive to the needs of her clients, regularly meeting with her elderly clients at their home or in their nursing home residence. She is known for thoroughly and sensitively counseling seniors and their families on frequently asked elder law questions such as “What happens if I outlive my money?”, “Can ‘they’ take my house?”, “How can I protect and preserve my assets for my children?” In addition to her estates practice, Susan has extensive expertise in municipal law, land use, zoning and real estate matters, and she utilizes her background in contracts, regulations, compliance, negotiations and committee and board interaction to assist her clients in analyzing and implementing their estate and long term care plans. Susan received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois.
