Hyland Levin LLP is pleased to announce that partner, Lauren A. Beetle, has been selected as the 2018 Outstanding Woman of the Year in the category of Law for Burlington County.

Lauren concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, liquor license regulation and business law. Described as a “true deal lawyer”, Lauren represents private equity investors, apartment building owners, landlords and retail and industrial developers in acquisitions, sales, financings and leasing matters. She also regularly represents buyers and sellers in business asset and equity transactions, counsels clients on formation, organizational structure and legal governance matters and handles all forms of business related transactional work, particularly in the food manufacturing industry. Lauren also assists national restaurant chains, hotels and local business owners in liquor license transactions and regulatory compliance matters in the State of New Jersey. In 2013, she was recognized as a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal.

Active in the community, Lauren has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County and Greater Trenton-Princeton, and as a member of the Head of School Advisory Board of Moorestown Friends School, of which she is an alum. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts Council of Central and Southern New Jersey.
