Bramshill Investments received two awards by AltCredit Intelligence for its US Performance Awards 2017. The Firm's Income Performance Strategy was named the winner in the categories of 40 Act Credit and Special Situations.
Bramshill tactically bought credit in March and April 2016 when risk markets were in duress. In the second half of 2016, the firm rotated their portfolio into defensive short duration and floating-rate securities to manage interest rate risk. The Income Performance Strategy is actively managed, nimble and has historically performed well in rising rate environments.
This approach has led to the recognition from AltCredit Intelligence and from investors as the Firm's AUM has grown to over $600 million as of February 2017. Bramshill manages its strategies in both separately managed accounts and mutual funds.
