Swartz Campbell LLC is pleased to announce that Eli Granek presented at the Talc and Ovarian Cancer Litigation Overview Webinar on January 17, 2017, hosted by Perrin Conferences. The seminar provided an overview of past and current trials and results, trends in the litigation, epidemiology and medical literature, case criteria: cancer types and causation, and what to expect in 2017.

Eli Granek is a member of the Products Liability and General Litigation groups at Swartz Campbell LLC’s Philadelphia, PA office. Mr. Granek focuses his practice on counseling and defending his clients in matters that range from civil and construction litigation to insurance law and products liability. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to practicing law, Eli Granek is a trained mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court and serves as an arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program. Mr. Granek, a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association also offers his experience and time to Pro Bono activities for the Habitat for Humanity and Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. A2009 graduate of City University of New York-Queen’s College, Mr. Granek earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in 2013.
