Julie’s practice is focused on all aspects of protecting and enforcing the legal rights of individuals in the workplace. As a litigator, Julieholds employers accountable for violating the rights of individual employees, and maximizes their legal remedies. Julie regularly advises individual employees, professionals, and executives who are facing workplace disputes with a focus on protecting legal rights, maximizing opportunities, and minimizing disruption to career goals. Julie also advises and negotiates on behalf of executives and professionals who are facing employment transitions, including leveraging the best employment terms at the start of an employment relationship, and protecting rights and entitlements when employment ends.

Julie brings significant depth and breadth of experience to her representation of each client. For her first ten years of practice, Julie worked as defense counsel for employers, first at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and later as in-house employment and benefits counsel for a pharmaceutical company. Julie has served as a neutral independent investigator of workplace issues, and is also a trained mediator.

Additionally, she has been named to the 2017 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List in the area of Employment & Labor Law—an honor bestowed on no more than 5% of lawyers in the state. A longtime member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, Ms. Uebler is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the National Employment Lawyers Association. She received her undergraduate and law (cum laude) degrees from Georgetown University. In addition, she is a graduate of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia (Core Class 2014).
