Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that associate Ernest D. Holtzheimer was recently selected to the American Bar Association’s Business Law Fellows Committee. Ernie was one of only 17 lawyers chosen nationwide and will serve a two year term. The mission of the Business Law Fellows Committee is to encourage the participation of diverse lawyers in the Business Law Section’s activities, provide a springboard to leadership opportunities and develop future leaders of the Section. In addition, the Section also hopes to build stronger relationships with diverse bar organizations.

Ernie is a member of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He has experience handling matters involving entity formation, commercial contracts and intellectual property protection. He also has a broad range of experience handling a variety of legal issues in areas including nonprofit organizations, higher education law, and securities law. Ernie received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, with a Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration. He earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance and B.S. degrees, cum laude, in Entrepreneurship and Business Management with a focus on International Studies, from Rowan University William G. Rohrer College of Business.
