Carlin & Mandio, LLP is pleased to announce that Siobhan Byrnes, a member of the firm’s Estates Practice, was a presenter at “Write Your Next Chapter: Retirement & Estate Planning Forum” hosted by the Bucks County Free Library System. Ms. Byrnes provided an overview of estate planning and discussed the benefits of having a plan in place. The Forum was free and open to public.

Siobhan Byrnes’ practice involves a wide range of estate, financial, banking, and school law. Her clients range from commercial businesses to government entities to individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Byrnes worked for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) wherein she represented the Commission in its Division of Investment Management which regulates mutual fund companies, fund managers and registered investment advisors. Before that, she served as a Manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP where she provided consulting, financial advisory and compliance tax services to select individuals, closely-held business entities, estates and trusts. Ms. Byrnes also worked at a general practice law firm concentrating in Estate Administration and various other matters. A graduate of American University’s Law School (J.D.), Ms. Byrnes earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University and an Accounting Degree from Villanova University (B.S.). She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations.
