Effective October 31st, Mr. Winterhalter will relocate to Offit Kurman’s offices in Philadelphia, where he will work alongside an accomplished group of legal practitioners. Following Matthew D’Annunzio and Jay Levin, Mr. Winterhalter is the third prominent regional attorney to affiliate his practice with Offit Kurman this fall.

For more than 25 years, Mr. Winterhalter has represented businesses and individuals in bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, and a variety of related legal proceedings. In addition to extensive experience litigating in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and state appellate courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he has argued cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, several US district courts, and numerous federal bankruptcy courts. He leverages this experience with an emphasis on his clients’ financial goals to provide cost-effective representation to the businesses and individuals with whom he works.

Mr. Winterhalter joins a diverse team of bankruptcy, finance, and business attorneys active in Philadelphia and surrounding markets such as the Washington–Baltimore metro area, Northern Virginia, New Jersey, and New York City.
