The single-tenant building with 7,000 SF of office space was purchased by Thomas Company, Inc., a commercial and industrial roofing and mechanical contracting firm located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The sale price was $625,000.

Colliers brokers, Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman represented the seller, Levin Reis Partnership, in this transaction. Colliers is representing a related entity of Levin Reis in the marketing of a 25,000-square-foot industrial building next door at 20 Creek Road, which is 100% warehouse with 19’-21’ ceilings, three loading docks, two drive-in doors, and a fenced-in outdoor storage area. This location provides easy access to Route 130, I-76 and 295.
