Sam Cohen, shareholder in the Securities & Investments Professional Liability Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was a featured speaker at the Cadaret, Grant Advisor Forum, held on Friday, October 21 in Pocono Mountains, PA. His presentation, "Protecting Seniors, A Priority for FINRA, State and Federal Legislators, and Arbitration Panels," discussed renewed efforts by FINRA and state and federal regulatory authorities to protect the aging senior population from financial fraud and exploitation.

Mr. Cohen devotes his practice to the defense of broker-dealers and investment professionals. He represents clients in court, before state and federal regulatory authorities, and in arbitration, expungement and enforcement actions, and investigations before FINRA.
