Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that associate Ernest D. Holtzheimer was recently elected to the Executive Advisory Board of Special Olympics Pennsylvania on October 18, 2016, to serve for a term of three years. The mission of Special Olympics PA - Philadelphia is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community. As a member of the Executive Advisory Board, Ernie will be responsible for promotion of the organization, fundraising and outreach. He will work closely with the Director of Special Olympics Pennsylvania Philadelphia for organizational advisement and support.

Ernie is a member of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He has experience handling matters involving entity formation, commercial contracts and intellectual property protection. He also has a broad range of experience handling a variety of legal issues in areas including nonprofit organizations, higher education law, and securities law. Ernie received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, with a Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration. He earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance and B.S. degrees, cum laude, in Entrepreneurship and Business Management with a focus on International Studies, from Rowan University William G. Rohrer College of Business.
