Jennie Philip
Jennie Philip, associate in the Casualty Department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, recently co-chaired a national webinar for the Property and Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB). Titled "Combating Contents Fraud," the webinar explored the latest trends in contents fraud across personal and commercial lines, red flags for early detection of potential fraud, useful strategies, tools and techniques for fraud investigation, and legal and procedural protocols in managing the claims.
A member of Marshall Dennehey's Property Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Philip focuses her practice in the area of insurance fraud and property damage claims, including first party property claims. She represents insurance carriers in investigating a wide variety of SIU claims and also defends clients against claims for breach of contract and allegations of bad faith.
A graduate of Temple University and the Widener School of Law, Ms. Philip has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2015 and 2016. Among her numerous professional affiliations, she is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks County and South Asian Bar Associations, and the South Jersey Claims Association. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
