Colliers International Sells Cherry Hill Office Building for $1.6M

10/19/16

Colliers International in Southern NJ concluded the sale of a 12,000 square-foot two-story office building located at 499 Cooper Landing Road in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Buyer, an entity related to Regional Orthopedic, was represented by Evan Zweben, a Senior Vice President in Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office, while Kevin Burns of Markeim-Chalmers represented the building owner. The sale price was $1.6M. The property is immediately adjacent to Kennedy Hospital’s Cherry Hill campus, which is in the midst of a $100M campus expansion/renovation project.

Regional Orthopedic plans to convert the building into a state of the art medical office facility. Prior to the sale, the building was occupied by Oaks Integrated Care, a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults, children and families throughout New Jersey.

“This is an exciting time for our practice. We are eagerly awaiting opening the new office and continuing to provide first class medical care for our patients” said Barbara Bailey, Regional Orthopedics’ Practice Administrator. “From the first time Evan drove me through the market, I could tell he had listened to our wants and needs, and I felt like we were in good hands. He proved to be the right choice for our practice. His diligence, knowledge about the market, and attention to detail resulted in a smooth, worry free transaction.”
