Berkman, Henoch, Petersen & Peddy, P.C. has signed a long-term renewal for more than 33,000 square feet at Treeline’s 100 Garden City Plaza. Mr. Silver represented both the tenant and the owner for the deal. Mr. Silver represented the owners in the transaction and the tenant was represented by CBRE’s Robert Seidenberg.
Also at 400 Garden City Plaza, Scully, Scott, Murphy, & Presser PC, a more than 40-year-old law firm with a specialty in patent and trademark litigation, has signed a long-term renewal for nearly 22,000 square feet. CBRE’s Vincent LaManna and Richard Freel represented the tenant, while Mr. Silver of Treeline represented the owners.

The firm’s area of practice covers professional liability defense, insurance, director, officer, employment practices liability, medical malpractice, healthcare liability, judiciary law, agents, brokers, lawyers, miscellaneous professional liability, general, products liability, insurance coverage and toxic torts.
