Swartz Campbell LLC is pleased to announce that Candidus Dougherty, Esq., a partner with the firm, will be presenting at the Personal Injury Practicum CLE on the topic of Avoiding Legal Malpractice. The seminar is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on November 1, 2016 and is hosted by the Dispute Resolution Institute.

Candidus Dougherty is a member of the Professional Liability group in Swartz Campbell LLC’s Philadelphia, PA office. Ms. Dougherty focuses her practice on lawyer malpractice, partnership dispute, and class action defense. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to practicing law, Candidus Dougherty served as Swartz Campbell LLC’s Director of Information Technology from 2009 through 2016. Ms. Dougherty also was an adjunct professor of law at the Rutgers School of Law-Camden. A 2003 graduate of the University of Phoenix, Ms. Dougherty earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law in 2007.
