Swartz Campbell is pleased to announce that Eli Granek, Esq., an associate with the firm, will be presenting at the Personal Injury Practicum CLE on the topic of Practical Insights into Premise Liability cases. The seminar is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center On November 1, 2016 and is hosted by the Dispute Resolution Institute.
Eli Granek is a member of the products liability and general litigation groups in Swartz Campbell LLC’s Philadelphia, PA office. Mr. Granek focuses his practice on counseling and defending his clients in matters that range from civil and construction litigation to insurance law and products liability. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In addition to practicing law, Eli Granek is a trained mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court and serves as an arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program. Mr. Granek, a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association also offers his experience and time to Pro Bono activities for the Habitat for Humanity and Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.
