The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Philadelphia recently announced One Liberty Place and The Shops at Liberty Place as winners of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards. The TOBY® Awards recognize excellence in building operation and property management. One Liberty Place and The Shops at Liberty Place are both owned by Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc. and managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
For the second consecutive year, The Shops at Liberty Place received the TOBY® Award for the Urban Retail category. One Liberty Place received the TOBY® Award for the Over 1 Million Square Feet category, along with a Best of the Best Award for Best Infrastructure and the Grand TOBY® Award, presented to the building with the highest overall score in the competition.
