Avison Young Team Awarded Comprehensive Project Management
Assignment Overseeing iCIMS Move into New200,000-Square-Foot Facility in Holmdel, NJ
Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, today announcedthat the Avison YoungProject Managementteam in Morristown, New Jersey has been selected by iCIMS, a leading provider of innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions,to oversee comprehensive project management services for the company’s move into its new 200,000-square-foot office space at 101 Crawford Corners Road, also known as the Bell Worksfacility.
The Avison Young Project Management team,led by Principal and Managing Director,Edward Walsh, along with Vice PresidentTracey Kasper and Senior Project Manager Lisa Lyng, havebeen hired to provide project management services and oversee a number of critical elements of the move. These servicesinclude hiring consultants, overall design and construction, office furniture selection,relocation coordination as well as budget and contract management. The Avison Young team will be working alongside two vendors on the project, IA Interior Architects and AMA Consulting Engineers.
As part of the new design, iCIMS will have an open plan space, with an entrance off of the first floor level as well as adjoining stairs to additional floors which they will occupy. The plan also encompasses support spaces which include huddle rooms, conference rooms and pantries. The company plans to occupy the new space inthe summer of2017.

TheBell Worksfacility,owned by Somerset Development and designed by architect Eero Saarien,is a two-million-square-foot buildingsurrounded by 472 acres of parking lots and green space and also the former headquarters for Bell Labs. Somerset Development is in the process of transforming the property into an indoor city, complete with a vibrant “downtown,” lined with stores and restaurants on the ground floor of the building’s giant atrium. Offices and a hotel will fill the upper floors, and new single-family homeswill be built nearby. The public library will have a branch in the building, and an onsite conference facility will be available to tenants for large meetings.The redevelopment will truly make the campus a “live, work, play and create” atmosphere.
