He joins Offit Kurman’s legal team at Ten Penn Center in Philadelphia.

Mr. D’Annunzio has represented businesses, individuals, and families in complex commercial litigation matters. His experience comprises litigation of disputes related to a breadth of issues such as business fraud, breaches of contract, shareholder disputes, tort, indemnification and insurance, toxic tort claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, and more. He has advised clients in a diverse range of industries, including real estate, banking, healthcare, information technology, insurance, chemical, biofuel, and manufacturing. He advises concerning insurance, indemnification and litigation issues involved in transactions. He also represents plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and death cases including products liability and medical malpractice.

Mr. D’Annunzio is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of law. Over the years, he has earned several awards and honors from colleagues and members of the Philadelphia business community. SmartCEO magazine, which listed Mr. D’Annunzio as top 100 attorney in the Philadelphia area, described him as an attorney who “exemplifies best practices and outstanding legal advice.” He has also been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in 2015 and 2016, and in 2011 was recognized by The Legal Intelligencer as a “top legal lateral hire” in Philadelphia.

In addition to his career as a litigator, Mr. D’Annunzio has served on numerous committees and boards of directors. From 1998 to 2011, he was a member of the board of directors for Angel Flight East, an organization that provides free air transportation to financially and medically underprivileged passengers. In 2008, Mr. D’Annunzio served on the National Credentials Committee as part of the Pennsylvania Delegation to the Democratic National Convention, and was a member of the Mid-Atlantic Finance Committee during President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. Recently, Mr. D’Annunzio served as co-chair for Friends Select School Capital Campaign. He serves on the Yale Alumni School Committee. Matt is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
