Industry Leaders Set to Discuss Decisions to Choose and Expand in the Garden State

Businesses choose New Jersey for countless reasons, including access to talent and mass transit, the capacity to meet future growth needs, and the ability to keep pace with changing technology and quality-of-life issues. NAIOP New Jersey’s September Chapter Meeting, the “CEO Perspective on Locating & Thriving in New Jersey”, will feature leaders of dynamic companies making headlines for their growth and investments in the Garden State.The event will be held Thursday, September 29, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Maritime Parc in Jersey City.

Discussion leader Clark Machemer, NAIOP NJ president and senior vice president of The Rockefeller Group, will be joined by: Rita Gurevich, founder and president of SPHERE Technology Solutions, an IT consulting firm specializing in governance, security and compliance; Chris Sullens, president and CEO of WorkWave, a leader in field service and last-mile delivery software; and Christian Kopfli, CEO and co-founder of Chromocell Corporation, a life sciences company focused on the discovery of novel compounds for therapeutics and nutrition. Prologis, Cushman & Wakefield and Investors Bank are sponsoring the event.
