Value Retailer Joins Tenant Mix at Walters Group Shopping Center
Retail store chain Five Below’s newest Ocean County location at Stafford Park Shopping Center is now open for business. The 400,000-square-foot shopping center is owned and managed by Walters Group.

The 8,176-square-foot Five Below store is the third location in Ocean County. Catering to pre-teens, teens and their parents, the extreme-value retailer offers a broad assortment of merchandise that sells for $5-or-under.
Co-anchored by Costco and Target, Stafford Park Shopping Center features a diverse retail mix including, PetSmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Olive Garden, AT&T, The Vitamin Shoppe and Ulta Beauty.
Stafford Park is a LEED® -certified mixed-use redevelopment with the majority of retail tenants attaining LEED-Silver certification. The shopping center is situated directly off the Garden State Parkway Exit 63. Stafford Township is a thriving community located just 57 miles from Philadelphia and only 38 miles from Atlantic City.
