New Hire Responsible for Generating New Jersey Real Estate Market Analytics

Jeffrey L. Heller, Principal and Managing Director for the Avison Young New Jersey office, announced today that Jason M. Bloom, Esq.,an analytics and market data expert,has joined the firm as its new Research Manager.

In his new role, Bloom will utilize his distinctive educational and professional background to produce New Jersey commercial real estate market reports as well as collect and organize data for the firm.

Bloom has a unique and deep educational background, holding an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University Business School and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Rutgers University School of Law, both located in Newark, NJ. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Yeshiva University in New York, NY.

Bloom boasts a strong and comprehensive professional background in analytical and quantitative problem solving. He most recently served at the Silverman and Sardar LLP law firm in New York, NY, where he focused on research and the preparation of various lawsuits. Previously, he held positions with other prominent companies including CBRE and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
