Real Estate Professional Brings More than 10 Years of Experience to New Role

Andrea Santoni of Fort Lee has joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises as residential property manager. In her new role, Santoni will oversee the day-to-day operation of the firm’s residential property division, which encompasses approximately 500 garden-style and luxury units throughout Bergen County.

Santoni brings more than 10 years of diverse property management and real estate experience to the position, most recently as a property manager for one of the tristate area’s leading apartment management companies. Previously, she was property manager for a luxury high-rise rental community in Fort Lee. Santoni earned the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation from the New Jersey Apartment Association.
