The company needs to be in close proximity to New York City for its expanding sales team and access to clients and their company’s existing Manhattan location. The Fletcher Office Center is a 7-story 215,274-square-foot Class-A office space with 450 covered parking spaces, 24-hour access, a fitness center and a restaurant. PixarBio will occupy a 4,881-square-foot section on the third floor. Fletcher Office Center’s location allows for direct access to the George Washington Bridge, The New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 4 and 46 and The Palisades Parkway
