LAKE COMO, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Four Springs Capital Trust, a single tenant net lease focused real estate investment trust, today announced that it has hired Jared W. Morgan as its SVP, Head of Acquisitions. Mr. Morgan will lead the Company’s acquisition efforts.

Mr. Morgan brings over 22 years of real estate underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions experience, having focused on the net lease sector for the past decade. Mr. Morgan was most recently a Vice President of Acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SRC) where he headed the East Coast office and originated and acquired more than $1 billion of net leased retail, industrial and medical properties. Mr. Morgan’s experience also includes serving as the Head of Dispositions for Sovereign Investment Company which bought and sold over $2 billion of net leased assets, and co-founding an Apollo Real Estate Advisors venture.
