Colliers International’s Southern New Jersey office concluded the sale of a 115,300-square-foot manufacturing facility at Airport Industrial Park for $4.15M. The property will be occupied by Standard Merchandising, a sock manufacturing company whose former location was sold to make way for the new Subaru headquarters in Camden.

The property, at 7001 North Park Drive, is situated on 7 acres and was a former printing facility occupied by Contemporary Graphic Solutions. The building offers views of the Cooper River and is across from the river’s running/biking trail.

Airport Industrial Park has over two million square feet of industrial buildings and is conveniently located at Routes 130, 70, and 38. It’s excellent accessibility to three state highways makes it a highly desirable location for buyers.

Colliers’ Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman were the sole brokers in this transaction. The sale of the property represents the 26th building they’ve sold in Airport Industrial Park in the past five years.
