Leading European Fashion Retailer Continues East Coast Expansion with Opening of Fourth U.S. Location on July 16
Primark, a leading European fashion retailer with over 300 stores in 11 countries, Saturday celebrated the grand opening of its Freehold Raceway Mall location, the brand’s fourth store in the Northeast following launches in Boston, Mass., King of Prussia, Pa. and Danbury, Conn. The Freehold location opened 11 a.m. after a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Freehold Mayor Barbara McMorrow, alongside Primark executives, employees, community officials and local business leaders.

The addition of the store to our community will help to grow jobs and further position the Freehold Raceway Mall as a must-visit shopping destination,” said Mayor McMorrow. “We are honored that Primark would choose New Jersey for its fourth location in the United States.”
With this opening at the Freehold Raceway Mall, Primark introduces shoppers in the region to its signature amazing fashion at amazing prices for customers of all ages, with a wide range of trend-setting styles including womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, home goods, beauty products and gifts.

Primark’s Freehold Raceway Mall store is located on the mall’s upper level and encompasses 50,600 sq. ft. of retail space. The store design offers an enhanced customer experience with a trend room, 65 fitting rooms, 47 registers, access to free Wifi and two customer “recharge” seating areas for enjoyable and convenient shopping. The opening of the Freehold location has also created more than 290 jobs in the community.

Primark’s Freehold Raceway Mall store hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Friday, 9:30 am to 10:00 pm Saturday; 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
In addition to four stores currently open, Primark has announced plans to launch in another six locations: Willow Grove Park Mall (Willow Grove, Pa.) on July 19, Burlington Mall (Burlington, Mass.), Staten Island Mall (Staten Island, N.Y.), South Shore Plaza (Braintree, Mass.), American Dream (East Rutherford, N.J.) and Kings Plaza Mall (Brooklyn, N.Y.).
