Stewart, Esq. has joined as Counsel to the Firm. His practice will focus on representing corporate real estate clients in purchases, sales, financings, development, and leases of commercial real estate nationwide.

Jeff has experience representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions throughout the nation, both for leading large firms in the Midwest and for a commercial real estate developer in western Pennsylvania. Immediately prior to joining Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C., Jeff was Of Counsel for a large law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he drafted and negotiated office, retail, and warehouse leases and represented clients in connection with complicated real estate transactions such the acquisition, development, and disposition of office buildings, warehouses, and shopping centers, and traditional and mezzanine financing. His experience extends to numerous asset classes, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial parks, apartment complexes, and raw land. In particular, Jeff is noted for his expertise in tackling difficult tax issues that underlie many transactions.

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois Law School in 2000 and also earned an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Florida in 2002. He is a 1996 graduate of Eastern Illinois University, where he received a B.S. in Business, majoring in Accounting. Jeff is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. Jeff lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania with his wife and children.
