National real-estate developer Southern Land Company welcomes 3601 Market’s new General Manager Jana Pecenkova. The company has also hired Angela Terrigno to serve as Leasing Specialist. Prior to joining Southern Land Company, Pecenkova worked for Philadelphia-based Eagle Rock Management as the Senior Community Manager at Chestnut Hill Tower Apartments. Angela Terrigno will help attract new residents to 3601 Market in her role as leasing consultant. Terrigno has worked as a leasing specialist since 2011. Before joining Southern Land Company, she was employed by Jersey Central Management in Lakewood, New Jersey.
