WJE will relocate its Philadelphia operation from 400 Market Street and expand into 5,600 SF at The Curtis. Colliers International represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

Jon Jadico, Unit Manager of the WJE Philadelphia Office, stated they selected the space for the building’s rich history and architectural details, as well as its central location with easy access from both the Pennsylvania suburbs and New Jersey. Mr. Jadico was very pleased with how well Colliers assisted with lease negotiations, and the accommodation that the owner provided for the space floorplan, and its potential expansion in the future.
