A vacant multifamily building at 107 York Street was sold in a transaction valued at $2,100,000 or at approximately $420 per square foot. The property is located between Warren and Washington Streets in Jersey City, New Jersey. Cushman & Wakefield’s Fahri Ozturk exclusively handled the transaction. This deal marks the team’s thirteenth transaction totaling over $47,000,000 since 2015.
