Expansion Responds to Activity in Tech Firm’s Managed IT Services Division

Two additional field engineers have joined Integrated Business Systems (IBS) in Totowa. The team expansion responds to stepped-up activity within the technology firm’s Managed IT Services division, according to Michael Mullin, president.

Henry Osias of Rahway, N.J., and Ian Liberato of Pompton Plains, N.J., are working directly with IBS clients, providing administration and support for their computer and networking technologies.

Osias comes to IBS with 10 years of technology industry experience and recently graduated from PC Age with a certificate in Internet engineering. “IBS is opening new doors for me to grow as an IT professional,” he said. “This position is truly hands on, and it is gratifying to be putting what I learned at PC Age into practice.”

Liberato, who served in the U.S. Navy until 2015, earned an information security certificate from County College of Morris. “I was eager to get into the field at a company with a great support system and a close-knit team,” he said. “I have found that at IBS, which has made the transition to my new career a positive one.”

Mullin noted that IBS is experiencing notable growth within the Managed IT Services arena. The 37-year-old boutique firm, which also specializes in cloud ERP and property management/ accounting software, offers a full suite of technology consulting and support services for clients in diverse industries.

“Technology innovation is happening at lightning speed,” Mullin noted. “Small and mid-size companies today are faced with the complexities and escalating risks associated with collecting and protecting client information, and pressing issues like cyber security and business continuity. It is no wonder more and more are choosing to outsource their IT function, letting us fill the role of virtual chief information officer. We ultimately provide peace of mind – helping them stay on top of what they need to keep their systems current and create competitive advantage.”

IBS Managed IT Services embraces the most powerful new and proven products to ensure reliable network infrastructure. From mobile devices and individual workstations, to enterprise servers and everything in between, IBS offers comprehensive expertise with full consulting, design, installation and support.
