Stradley Ronon Counsel Peter L. Tsirigotis was part of the panel, “Navigating Hedge Fund Marketing Rules and Regulations,” at Cap-Intro East held in New York on June 23. Tsirigotis and co-panelists discussed key issues that hedge fund managers should consider when marketing their funds. Cap-Intro East is an annual conference for hedge fund managers and institutional allocators, fund of funds, family offices and tactical investors.

Tsirigotis is the Co-Chair of Stradley Ronon’s Private Investment Funds practice group and provides legal advice to financial institutions, asset managers and investment advisers to help them develop and maintain financial products while navigating the regulatory landscape. He brings to each client representation a unique perspective on the financial services industry, having served in several senior-level legal, compliance, operations and risk roles, including as regulator, inside counsel, outside counsel, chief compliance officer and chief operating officer.
