Wilson Legal Solutions, a leading global provider of consulting services and analytics software to law firms and professional services organizations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexander Klamkin as director of the company's newly formed systems and information security practice.

Klamkin is an IT executive with more than 15 years of experience as a consultant focused primarily on the legal IT industry. His areas of expertise include systems and enterprise solution design, product implementation, information security, database design and administration, business continuity, and training and support. At Wilson Legal Solutions, Klamkin is building and leading the company's systems and information security practice. This practice is focused on helping firms plan and support systems infrastructure, deploy highly available systems, implement disaster recovery, enforce security management to both systems and data, audit information systems, and provide performance improvement recommendations. Klamkin uses Wilson Legal Solutions' office in New York City as his base of operations.

His experience spans the financial, legal, and high-tech industries, which enables Klamkin to apply a cross-industry perspective when recommending best-practice solutions to address specific security needs.

Klamkin has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from North-West State Technical University. He is also a certified MS SQL Server database administrator and solution expert.
