Attorney Nathan D. Fox Presents at Construction Contract Workshop on “Examining Legal Issues and Contract Disputes”

Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP is pleased to announce that Nathan D. Fox, Esq. recently presented at a Construction Contract Workshop hosted by HalfMoon Education. Mr. Fox presented to architects, professional engineers and contractors on “Examining Legal Issues and Contract Disputes.”

Nathan D. Fox is a partner with the firm. He practices in the areas of real estate, municipal, zoning, land use and business law. He represents developers and construction clients in zoning proceedings before municipalities helping them to obtain necessary zoning relief for a variety of private and commercial development projects. For these matters, Mr. Fox brings to bear his experience as a former construction project manager for two luxury homebuilders. He has successfully represented and appeared on behalf of clients in the Courts of Common Pleas throughout southeastern and northeastern Pennsylvania, as well as before various municipalities in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Fox also assists clients in real estate transactions ranging from the purchase and sale of a single home or lot to the lease, purchase, sale, and financing of commercial and industrial properties. In addition to his private clients, Nate serves as the Solicitor for Perkasie Borough. Mr. Fox is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil & Equal Rights Chapter. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. Mr. Fox has been named to the Pennsylvania Rising Star List for the years 2014 and 2015. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. A 2003 graduate of Grove City College, Mr. Fox received his law degree from Drexel University’s Earle Mack School of Law in 2009, earning honors in the Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration Program.
