HARRISBURG, Pa., June 06, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:OLLI) today announced that affiliates of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP intend to offer 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share, in an underwritten public offering. In addition, CCMP proposes to offer, at the option of the underwriters, up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock. The offering consists entirely of secondary shares to be sold by CCMP. CCMP will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
J.P. Morgan, Jefferies and BofA Merrill Lynch are serving as joint lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Credit Suisse, Piper Jaffray, RBC Capital Markets and KeyBanc Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
