6/3/16

John Hook and Tara Walsh

Stradley Ronon attorneys John Hook and Tara Walsh will participate in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s “Planned Charitable Giving: The Do’s and Don’ts from the Donor, the Donee, and the AG,” seminar on June 9 in Philadelphia. Hook is a panelist for the seminar, which will explore and analyze planned charitable giving considerations from the perspective of the donor, the charity and the state Attorney General. Walsh is one of the course planners for the event.

Hook provides estate and tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and owners of closely held businesses. A large portion of his practice is focused on the tax implications of estate planning. He also advises clients on the most tax-efficient ways to include charitable giving in an individual’s estate planning.

Walsh concentrates her practice in the areas of estate, tax and business planning, as well as estate and trust administration. She represents and advises high-net-worth individuals, owners of closely held businesses, individual and corporate fiduciaries, and nonprofit/charitable entities.
