Ms. Johnsonhas more than nine years of community management experience and has been a valued Associa team member since 2015. She has worked in a variety of capacities, including senior community manager, and was responsible for the Associa Mid-Atlantic small business division, as well as managing a portfolio of communities in New Jersey. In her new role as regional director, Ms. Johnson will focus on helping managers understand the importance of communication and implementing one-of-a-kind customer service, as they work to make a positive impact on the communities they serve.
